So, as many of you know already, I've finally joined Pinterest. And I must say, I am a changed person. No need for file drawers or folders! All these amazing recipes are right there at your fingertips forever! This is but a small small sample of the Pinterest recipes I've tried the last month or two. Needless to say, I'm hooked! And our grocery bill may have gone up somewhat recently. Oh Pinterest what are you doing to me?! (Not pictured: creamy tomato and spinach pasta. WOW it was delicious. One of my new favorite pasta dishes for sure).

Mini rhubarb-berry pies! They were so quick and easy and tasted amazing. And the recipe only made three of these little beauties... the perfect amount for an after-dinner treat for two.
